叶根阻尼对叶片振动的影响

摘    要:本文用有限单元法,对两种模型叶片,计算了叶根阻尼对叶片共振振幅的影响,以及叶根弹性和接触情况对叶片固有频率的影响。本文把叶根和轮缘之间的振动滑移看成是动力接触问题,将静力问题中的接触条件推广到动力问题,并提出了解法。本文用平面应变单元和平板单元对整个叶片进行离散,并导出了用于连接平面单元和梁(平板)单元的过渡单元的位移模式和座标变换式。本文还根据模态综合法的基本思想,提出了一种缩减自由度的方法,得到了比较满意的结果。最后进行了实验验征。

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of blade root damping on the resonant amplitude of blade with simple dovetail root and the effect of root flexibility on the blade vibration are analysed by means of the FEM. The slip between the root and disc is treated as a sort of dynamic contact problem and a Computational method is offered. The root is discretized by plane-strain elements and the blade by the plate element. In the spirit of substructure synthesis, a method for reducing the degree of freedom is presented and a satisfactory result is obtained.
