| Abstract: | This paper expounds four basic links of organizing the public welfare lecture of the library such as the contents, speakers, patterns and listeners of the lecture in order to sort out organizational skeleton of the lecture, strengthen the planning of the lecture, and enhance the effect of the lecture. |
