| 摘 要： | 在自行设计组装的一套三带模拟移动床色谱系统基础上，对三带模拟移动床色谱系统的分离过程和主要的操作参数切换时间及柱不对称性的影响作了比较详细的分析．通过具体的分离实验，验证了三带模拟移动床色谱的主要操作参数切换时间对分离结果的影响．

| Abstract: | Based on set up a three?section simulated moving?bed system,the separation process and principle and the effects of the main operation parameters of the B?type three?section SMBC are analyzed carefully.The switch time and the column asymmetry are discussed.These analysis were proved by the actual separation experiments of biphenyl and fluorene on the SMBC system. |
