| 摘 要： | 研究具有负顾客的M/G/1休假排队模型,其中服务规则为后到先服务,休假策略为空竭服务多重休假,负顾客抵消正在服务的正顾客,由补充变量法求得了稳态队长分布的概率母函数的表达式.

| Abstract: | Based on the "first come first serve" discipline, removal customer at the end, exhaustive service and multiple vacation are discussed here. By use of "supplemental variables method", queue's generating function has been obtained. |
