| 摘 要： | 教育家办学是教育发展到一定阶段的产物，是教育回归本质的诉求，是教育规律的重要体现，同时也是教育问题、教育矛盾使然。教育家办学既是一种个体的自我实现，也是一种对办学道与路的不断融合和终生坚守。追求育人、仁爱、独立和管理之道，坚持实践、创新、反思和终生学习之路是教育家成长、教育家办学的“魂”与“型”。

| Abstract: | Educators running a school is the product of education development, the demand of education nature, and the important reflection of education principles, and a settlement of tackling the problems and contracts. It is a way to realize their value and practice guided with related theories. The way of teaching, kindness, independence and administration is the soul of educator running a school, and they also stick to practice, innovation, reflection and lifelong learning. |
