| 摘 要： | 确定云芝多糖超声提取工艺。以云芝多糖含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选云芝多糖的超声提取工艺。最佳工艺为20倍量的水,超声提取2次,每次15 min。正交试验结果可为云芝多糖超声提取工艺的确定提供实验依据,并显示超声提取方法可行。
