The necessity and feasibility of the rural public products supplying by the third sector are analyzed.It is considered that,facing the inevitable trend of market economy and diversify governance,the third sector become the link between the government and society in the process of the public product supplying in countryside with the advantage in nature.The potential of the third sector is enormous although confronted with a lot of difficulties.The route expanding of the third sector of rural public products supplying is proposed.
