黄铜镀锡扩散层的减摩耐磨性

摘    要:黄铜镀锡后用热处理方法使镀金属Sn和母材金属元素Cu、Zn等双向扩散,从而改变了镀层成份,强化了边界;形成的多相组织扩散层具有优良的减摩耐磨性能,借助SEM、EPA、X-射线衍射等手段从微观结构上对其耐磨特性机理作了探讨。

Abstract:After brass is coated with Tin, heat treatment makes the coating metal Sn and the matrix metallic elements Cu and Zn diffuse with each other. This causes the coating composition to be changed and the boundary interface strengthened. The diffusion coating with a multiphase wtructure formed by this process has excellent properties of antifriction and wear resistance. With the aid of SEM, EPA and X - ray diffraction, a significant approach to the mechanism of the properties is discussed.
