| 摘 要： | 研究表明，有两种方法可以提高叠丝的质量，即增大摇臂的长度与恰当控制摇臂的转速．阐述了基于多级控制结构的叠丝自动控制系统的工作原理、步进电机的细分控制方法和ＰＬＣ控制程序设计技巧．该系统已投入生产，效果很好．

| Abstract: | It is shown by investigations that there are two ways to make the fiber
in the working box uniformly distributed. The first is to increase the length of the swing arm and
the second, to adjust the swaying velocity of the swing arm. Based on the investigations, an
automatic control system for fiber folding is developed, which consists of a programmable
controller, an intelligent motor driven actuator and other devices. The multi level control method
is adopted. |
