| 摘 要： | 世纪之交的西部大开发具有重大的经济学意义。本文对我国西部面临的安全形势进行了分析，并回顾了我国西部大开发的历史沿革，表明西部大开发体现了中国国家安全观念的巨大转变，具有重要的政治、经济和地缘战略意义。

| Abstract: | It is beyond doubt that the western development at the cross point of the centuries possesses improtant economical significance.This paper analyses on security situation in front of the western part of China,reviews the historical evolution of our country's western development,demonstrating that the western development embodies the great transformation of China's national security consciousness and possesses important strategic significance politically,economically and geographically. |
