迄今发现最早的郑和下西洋船队图像资料--<天妃经>卷首插图

郑和下西洋是航海史上的壮举,但是关于下西洋所使用的大型船舶--宝船的船型及样式,却一直缺乏历史的图像资料.文章仅就新发现的一幅<天妃经>的卷首插图郑和航海图进行介绍.文中指出,该图关于郑和船队的形象,可以作为宝船是福船型的有力证据.

The Earliest Hitherto Discovered Illustration Named Zheng He Going to the South Seas in the Book Tianfei Jing

Zheng He going to the South Seas is a significantaffair in the history of world ma tritime navigation. But for a long period, there is norelated picture about the treasure ship to be referred to. In this paper, the authorintroduces the illus tration named Zheng He Going to the South Seas which was newly foundin the book Tianfei Jing. The shape of the team of ships in the illu stration could beregarded as a proof that Zheng He′s treasure ship isof the F u type.
