复合层合管力学模型的研究

摘    要:研究在考虑内部工作压力及分层间套合压力时,由多种材料制成的层合圆管中的应力分析方法,可为设计并优化复合层合管结构参数提供有效的理论依据。采用弹性力学理论及正交各向异性材料三维弹性理论,建立复合管的力学模型,分析复合管中各分层的应力及变形,推导出确定各分层界面上法向作用力的方程组

Abstract:The method of stress analysis of multi layered tube, made of different material, subjected to internal pressure and stress of fit has been investigated in this paper. The theoretical basis has been provided for designing and optimizing structure parameter of multi layered tube. The mechanical model of multi layered tube has been established applying the linear elastic theory and elastic theory of three dimension orthotropic material. The stress and strain in different layer of multi layered tube have been analyzed. The equation of interface normal line force has been derived.
