| Abstract: | The specimen is dissolved by acetone,the impurity is removed through c hromatographic separation of thin layer,the band of active constituents is scrap ed, and the quantity is determined by bromination method. Its variation coeffici ent is 1.40, and average recovery ratio is 100.11. |
