人体周血中性粒细胞核突数量与环境污染关系的研究

摘    要:本文报导了湖北省鄂州市鸭儿湖氧化塘附近的农民和治污管理处的职工周血中性粒细胞核突出现率均数分别为48%、42.9%,居住在离氧化塘6公里远的农民核突均数为30.9% 对照组(华中师大师生)27%,前两组与后两组比较,都有高度显著性差异(P<0.001)提示,中性粒细胞核突数量与环境污染有密切的关系可直接利用人体周血中性粒细胞核突检测机体对环境污染的反应和进行致癌、致突变、致畸的研究。

Abstract:According to our observation the incidences of the nuclear excrescence in peripheral blood neutrophils were, on an average, 48% and 42.9% respectively with the peasants and the staff of the pollution control office living near the oxidation pond in yaerhu lake, E Zhou City, Mubei province, while the incidence was 30.9% with the peasants living 6 kilometres away from the oxidation pond, the incidence was 27% with the controlled group. The difference between the former two groups and the latter two was obvious.This showed that we might use this incidence as a new biological index to detect the response of organism to pollution of environment and research into the causes of cancer, mutation and malformation.
