摘    要:介绍了一种应用X射线确定焊缝缺陷的方法,这种方法的实质是根据被捡工件与其内部缺陷介质对射线能量衰减程度不同,而引起射线透过工件后的强度差异。此法较现使用的立体摄像与工业电视法有检测精度较高、方便实用的优点,有着广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper introduced a method for locating welding_line lacuna by using x_ray.The method is based on the difference of ray energy attenuation between the examined object and its internal lacuna which will cause difference of ray intensity.This method is of higher measure precision and is easier to use than currently widely used method, such as solid photograph method and industrial TV method .So it has broad prospects for application.
