摘    要:本文介绍了一种分离抗坏血酸和多巴胺氧化峰的新方法,由于聚碱性品红修饰电极对抗坏血酸和多巴胺有不同的电化学行为,因而在修饰电极上,抗坏血酸和多巴胺在不同的电位被氧化实验表明,在聚碱性品红修饰电极上,抗坏血酸和多巴胺的氧化峰可分开约240mV

Abstract:In this paper, a new method for the separation of the anodic peaks of ascorbic acid anddopamine has been reported. Poly(fuchsin basic) modified electrode had different electrochemicalbehaviour to ascorbic acid and dopamine.The ascorbic acid and dopamine were oxidized at differentpotential at poly(fuchsin basic) modified electrodes. It was showed that the anodic peaks of ascorbicacid and dopamine could be separated about 240mV at poly(fuchsin basic) modified electrodes.
