| 摘 要： | 不知条款事关我国国际贸易与国际航运业的健康有序地发展的问题,是一种承运人旨在减免自己对托运人的承运责任,在签发提单时设置的条款,但是,人们对不知条款效力却缺乏充分的认识,存在诸多分歧,对我国国际贸易与国际航运业的健康有序发展带来了极大的影响,因此本文针对我国不知条款存在的问题提出了完善之因应对策。
