| 摘 要： | 党的领导是人民法院应对复杂形势、化解各类矛盾的坚强后盾。人民法院要始终坚持党的领导,充分认识坚持党对法院工作领导的重要意义,要在党的领导下开展各项审判工作,确保审判工作正确的政治方向。新时期如何谋求法院发展,法院机关党建工作如何开展,以党建带队、以队建促审判如何取得实效,是广大党员尤其是领导干部必须认真思考的重大课题。思想是行动的先导,理论是行动指南,实践是检验真理的标准,本文试从理论分析与某基层人民法院实践相结合的角度探讨党建工作的方法论问题,从哲学的思维的角度探讨了思想政治工作如何开展如何真正触及受教育者的灵魂深处。

| Abstract: | this paper tries to discuss the methodology of the Party building work from the theoretical analysis and the practice of a basic-level people's court.From the perspective of philosophy,it discusses how we should do the ideological and political work and how we should really touch educatees' innermost soul. |
