| 摘 要： | 《战国策》、《史记》中关于苏秦事迹的记载历来存在错乱、混淆或杂糅的情况。帛书《战国纵横家书》的出土,提供了比较集中的苏秦资料,可以校正和补充这一时段的历史记载,具有较高的史料价值和文学价值。
