| 摘 要： | 酿制各种酒所用水源固定且不同，酒中所含的阴离子种类和含量也不同．通过对白云边，二锅头，金六福和小糊涂仙等白酒进行离子色谱阴离子分析，得到出峰个数、出峰时间和峰面积都不相同的离子色谱图，表明不同种类不同批次酒所含的阴离子种类和含量不同；分别取4种酒的2个批次酒样分别进行3次离子色谱分析，得到色谱峰的峰面积变化的相对平均偏差在5％以内，色谱图比较稳定．实验表明：同种不同批次酒所含的阴离子种类和含量相同；因而提出白酒的离子色谱检测作为一种新的白酒防伪技术．

| Abstract: | As sources of water used in brewing spirit are stable and different,the types of anions and anion concentrations in spirit are different.The anions in spirits such as Baiyunbian spirit,Erguotou spirit,Jinliufu spirit and Xiaohutuxian spirit are determined by iron chromatography and the result is that the number of peaks,retention time and peak area of ion chromatograms from different spirits are different,indicating that different types and different batches of spirits contain different types of anions and ... |
