基于ANSYS的预应力筋张拉顺序数值模拟及优化

摘    要:后张法预应力混凝土构件在预应力筋进行张拉时,一般基于对称张拉的原则,确定张拉顺序.采用有限元程序对某大型后张法预应力构件的张拉过程进行了仿真模拟.基于2种不同张拉顺序的方案,计算出2种张拉顺序对构件应力和变形的影响,并对张拉顺序进行了优化.该方法可为类似大型预应力构件的张拉顺序提供一个参考.

Abstract:The tension sequence is generally determined by using symmetry principle in tensioning a post-tension construction member.Simulation of the tensioning process of a large post-tension construction member was conducted with finite element analysis program.With two different tensioning schemes,the influence of the tensioning sequence on stress and deformation is calculated and the tensioning sequence is optimized.This analysis method provides a reference to similar tensioning sequence of large construction members.
