植物次生代谢物的细胞培养技术研究进展

摘    要:近年来,植物的次生代谢物的结构、功能与应用越来越受人们的关注。为了既能满足人们对植物次生代谢物的需求,又能合理开发利用自然植物资源和保护生态环境,植物细胞培养成为生产植物次生代谢物的关键技术。本文重点阐述了6种植物细胞培养技术和植物细胞培养生产植物次生代谢物过程中的重要影响因素及其调控.同时对前述两个方面的深入研究提出了合理化建议。

Abstract:In recent years, the structure, function and applications of the plant secondary metabolites are paid more and more attention by the people. For the sake of satisfying the need of the people for the plant secondary metabolites of and making use of the natural plant resources reasonably and protecting ecosystem environments, the plant cell culture becomes key technique for producing the plant secondary metabolites. Six kinds of plant cell culture techniques, the important influence factor and it's adjustment in the process of producing the plant secondary metabolites by plant cell culture, are elaborated in this paper, putting forward some rationalization suggestions for going deep into researches at the same time.
