| 摘 要： | 采用Ｂｕｃｈｅｒｅｒ—Ｂｅｒｇｓ环化法，以２—甲基—２—羟基丙腈为起始原料合成了５，５—二甲基乙内酰脲。同时对连续法进行了初步考察，重点探讨了原料配比、反应温度和时间对产率的影响，从而确定了最佳合成条件，使总产率达８５％。

| Abstract: | Dimethylhydantoin has been synthesized by Bucherer-Bergs ring closureusing acetone cyanohydrin as starting sustrate. The continuous method was investigated preliminarily. The reaction conditions (substrates mol ratio, reaction temperature and time)which influence the synthetic yield were studied,and the best synthetic conditions with total yield of 85%were determined. |
