我国私营个体经济发展的几个历史阶段及其特点

我国私营个体经济的发展分为四个阶段。（１）恢复与起步阶段：私营个体经济得以恢复，但其从业人员结构、行业结构、规模结构、技术结构都比较简单。（２）发展与壮大阶段：国家通过一系列条例、法规促使私营个体经济迅速发展与壮大，其从业人员结构趋于复杂，技术结构、行业结构等初步实现了多元化。（３）停滞与观望阶段：其显著的特点是“恐变病”盛行。（４）腾飞与成熟阶段：受邓小平南巡讲话的影响，私营个体经济的发展势如破竹，并走向成熟，其从业人员整体素质大幅度提高，出现了企业集团。

Developing Stages and Characteristics of China''''s Privately Operated and Individual Economy

The history of China's privately operated and individual economy can be divided into four stages. During the first stage the privately operated and individual economy was resumed, and the structure of its staff, trades, scale and technology was simple. During the second stage the economy was developed and strengthened, the structure of its staff begun to be complicated and the structure of its trades and technology realized pluralization preliminarily. The third is a stage in which the economy stagnated and its distinct character was that the fear of changing was epidemic. During the fourth stage the economy developed with irresistible force and became mature, the quality of its whole staff has been enhanced greatly and some enterprises groups appeared.
