正交设计研究锆铁红色料的合成

采用正交设计实验法研究了配方及工艺制度对锆铁红色料合成的影响 ,分析了各因素对锆铁红色料合成的影响趋势 ,得到了主次影响因素 ,并指出主要因素为 :合成温度、矿化剂的种类、预处理方式 ,找到了利用常规的陶瓷颜料制备工艺合成锆铁红色料的最佳配方及合成工艺制度 详细讨论了锆铁红色料合成的影响因素 ,并探讨了锆铁红色料合成过程中各因素作用的机理 ,为锆铁红色料合成及生产提供了切实可行的实际生产和理论依据

A Study on the Synthetic Red Iron Zirconate Colouring Pigment by Orthogonal Design

The effect of the batch formula and the technological process upon the synthetic red iron zirconate pigment is explored by means of the orthogonal design experimental method, and through an analysis of the would be influence of various factors upon the synthesis of red iron zirconate pigment, the major and the secondary influencing factors are obtained.The major factors are synthetic temperature,the types of mineralisers and the way of pretreatment.Also found are the optimum batch formula and the synthetic technological process in synthetising red iron zirconate by means of conventional ceramic pigment preparational technology. The influencing factors of synthetic red iron zirconate pigment are discussed in detail and the working mechanism of various factors in the synthetic process of red iron zirconate pigment is inquired into,thus providing a theorectical basis for synthetising and producing red iron zirconate pigment.
