| 摘 要： | Aimed at the requirement of the market economy, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the industry needed human resource and the existing curriculum system, suggests some methods of building the industry-oriented curriculum system of educating industrial talents, and studies the model of educating market needed qualified employees and teaching reform at the university level.
