| 摘 要： | 本文报道了利用异硫氰酸胍：酚：氯仿一步法成功分离纯化出高质量水稻叶片ＲＮＡ并对其进行质量检测的结果，并且就该技术的方法、原理及操作中需注意的关键环节作了介绍。
