| 摘 要： | 建立了"948"项目投入产出绩效的评价指标体系,采用线性加权和法对水利部"948"项目进行投入产出绩效综合评价。评价和分析了"948"项目实施后对水利科技进步的贡献份额以及对水利科技进步的推动作用。结果表明,"948"项目对水利科技进步的推动作用是显著的。 |
