摘    要:介绍基于微特性系统数字化微流体器件的玻璃精细加工方法.将拉锻好的玻璃微管道嵌入预先设计加工好的宏流道中,组合成微流道网络;宏流道采用CO2激光雕刻机雕刻聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基板而成,尺寸与玻璃微管道外径相吻合;微管道连接部通过PMMA微连接板连接而成,将基板与盖板进行热键合密封.该方法允许制造更细结构的微流道,可以灵活构建复杂的微流道,同时可保证微管道的连接和强度;圆截面玻璃微管道管壁光滑,流动阻力小.利用微流体数字化技术,对数字化微流体器件进行了实验研究,在微混合实验和微流式细胞中得到了较好的效果验证.

Abstract:The way of glass elaborated fabrication of digital microfludic devices based on micro characteristic systems is introduced.The micro glass channels pulled and forged(small diameter is tens or hundreds micron) are embedded to the macroscopical fludic channels designed and made by using CO2 laser to carve Polymethyl Methacrylate(PMMA) plat beforehand,microfludic channels net is formed.The microchannels are connected by PMMA micro connection plat, the fusion bonding is used to seal up the base plat and cover palt.The technology can also fabricate more micro and complex channels,ensureing the connection and intension.Its round section shape made the flow resistance become smaller because of its smooth channel wall.Used the digitalization technology of microfludics,the experiment to digitalmicrofludic devices was realized,the good experiment result of micromix was tested.
