摘    要:采用基于HPLC和光合色素分析的化学分类方法对21种(株)常见的典型赤潮生物进行了分类分析,结果表明有些赤潮藻的不同属、属下不同种甚至同种的不同地理株系其光合色素组成和比例存在差异.根据T.pul-chellum、塔玛亚历山大藻的特征光合色素组成和比例差异,可为进一步鉴定和细分这些赤潮生物提供重要依据.根据光合色素组成和比例构建的聚类分析也能较好地反应这些赤潮生物间的相互关系.上述结果显示光合色素分析方法能作为重要的分类学依据,为一些浮游植物的分类提供更有价值的分类信息.

Abstract:Aimed directly at rapid classification of some HABs species,the essential chemotaxonomy methods of identification of HABs species were developed.21 species(strains) of representative HABs species were analyzed and classified based on high performance liquid chromatography and photosynthetic pigments analysis.Chemotaxonomy could be used to identify HABs species belonging to different genera and also different strains(different geographical origin) belonging to the same genera and species.The differences of pigment components and its ratios to Chl a of Takayama pulchellum and Alexandrium tamarense could be used as a significant biomarker to identify and classify these species clearly.Cluster analysis based on pigment components and its ratios to Chl a could be used to indicate the relationship of these HABs species.All results suggested that photosynthetic pigments analysis could be an important taxonomic evidence and also could provide more useful information for identifying and classifying these HABs species.
