摘    要:本文利用薄膜单元和三维固体单元的耦合计算模型,模拟股骨头(颈)的实际结构,分析并计算了在几种步态下股骨头(颈)内部松质骨和表层密质骨的应力分布。该结果对指导临床有较好实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the coupled model of the membrance element and the three-dimensional solid element are used to simulate the real structure of femur-head (neck). And the stress distribution on inside substantia spongiosa as well as that on surface substantia compacta in several paces are analysed and evaluated. The results have quite good practical value for guiding clinic.
