| 摘 要： | 文章从体育事业宏观调控的现状入手，指出我国体育事业在发展中存在着一些问题，主要表现在体育事业的结构、管理体制和法制方面，严重制约了体育事业的发展。因此，完善体育法制建设，实现依法治体，是一项长期而艰巨的任务。

| Abstract: | Starting with current situation of sports macro- control, this paper points out that there are a number of problems existing in sports development in China on sports industry structure, management system and law system, which has seriously hampered sports de-velopment. Therefore, perfecting the PE legal system and realizing law implementation is a long- term and arduous task. |
