| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了美国贝尔实验室的创新途径。分析发现,其创新途径主要包括人员的交流、组织管理、研究方向的自由、人才的选拔与培养和科学精神的传承。借鉴贝尔实验室的创新途径,有利于提高我国高校实验室的创新能力,促进我国高校实验室的创新发展。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the innovative ways of Bell Labs.Correlated analysis showed that the innovative ways of Bell Labs include the communication of personnel,organizational management,freedom of research direction,personnel selection and training,and the inheritance of the scientific spirit.By using the innovative ways of Bell Labs for reference,it can improve our laboratory＇s ability to innovate,and promote innovation and development of our university laboratory. |
