| 摘 要： | 以人为本是科学发展观的本质和核心。图书馆事业作为高校文化的重要组成部分，在当前的形势下要得到新的发展，关键取决于图书馆人才的开发和培养。本文以十六大提出的科学发展观为指导，坚持以人为本的原则，重点探讨了图书馆人才队伍的现状和人才培养途径。

| Abstract: | Taking people as the foremost is the essence and core of scientific developmental view.The library career as the important composition of university culture develeps further under the current situation.It depends on developing and training of the library personnel.Taking the scientific development view put forward by the sixteenth National congress of the CPC as guide and insisting on the principle of taking people as the foremost,the text discusses actualities of library personnel ranks and ways for training it emphasicaly. |
