| 摘 要： | 由科学技术所引发的一系列伦理问题，必须得到圆满的解决，这样，科技的发展才不至于走上异化的轨道。科技伦理的本质是对人的关怀和对科技社会作用的反思，科技伦理学的发展要遵循有益于自然、社会、人类的原则，归宿于自然、社会和人类的融通与和谐。

| Abstract: | Only if a series of ethical questions triggered by the science and technology is satisfactorily resolved will the science and technology not be alienated. The essence of science and technology ethics is to care about human being and to reflect on its social functions. The principle of developing science and technology is to benefit nature, society and human being and to make them intermediation and harmony. |
