| 摘 要： | 建立和完善区域创新体系,就要重视和发挥高等学校在区域创新体系中的作用。在区域创新体系中,高等学校肩负着创新知识的产出和创新人才培养的责任。因此,必须加强高校科技创新体系建设,提高高校自主创新能力。高等学校的科技创新体系也要融入区域创新体系之中,做好知识和技术的研究和创新工作,促进区域经济的全面发展。
