统筹城乡背景下重庆职业教育集团化办学的思考

在大城市与大农村、大库区并存的特殊情况下，职业教育集团化办学已成为重庆打破城乡二元结构、促进城乡统筹发展的“金钥匙”。结合重庆城乡职业教育发展的实际，在分析统筹城乡背景下职业教育集团化办学重要性，并借鉴国内外办学经验的基础上，提出重庆应建立政府主导的多元职业教育集团化办学模式。

Thoughts on Collectivized School Running of Chongqing Vocational Education with the Background of Urban-rural Balancing

Metropolis, wide rural areas and large reservoir area coexist in Chongqing. How to balance the urban and rural development under such special circumstances in this city has become an urgent problem. The collectivized school running of vocational education is the golden method of breaking the urban-rural dual structure and promoting the balance between urban and rural development. This article, by analyzing the present development of vocational education in Chongqing, mainly talks about the importance of collectivized school running with the background of urban--rural balancing. It also points out that based on the experience both at home and abroad, a multivariate mode of collectivized schooling running of vocational education led by government ought to be founded.
