摘    要:通过摇瓶实验和2 L搅拌釜式发酵罐实验,研究了发酵培养基中初始MgSO4浓度对维生素C前体2-酮基-L-古龙酸(2-KGA)发酵过程的影响.实验结果表明:2-KGA发酵的最佳MgSO4初始浓度w0≈0.084%,在这一浓度下,产物2-KGA的得率和容积生产率均达到峰值;MgSO4初始浓度过高将降低产物得率和容积生产率.

Abstract:The influences of MgSO_4 initial concentration on the 2-keto-L-gulonic acid(2-KGA) fermentation were studied through shaking flasks culture as well as fermentation in 2-L jars.The experimental results indicate that 0.084% is the best MgSO_4 initial concentration for the 2-KGA fermentation process.With such MgSO_4 concentration,both the conversion ratio of L-sorbose and the 2-KGA production rate are found to be the highest.The experiments also show that with MgSO_4 concentration higher than 0.084%,both 2-KGA yield and volumetric productivity will be decreased.
