| 摘 要： | 采用了三波长—分光光度法测定中成药—黄连素片中黄连成分的含量,有效地消除了随浓度不同使本底漂移,吸收峰不对称给定量分析造成的影响,并校正了基于干扰组分(添加剂,如淀粉等)的吸收光谱具有线性吸收产生的基线倾斜度,实验结果,回收率为97.82％～101.38％。变异系数小于0.24％(n=9),证明方法的精密度与准确度都令人满意。同时,在微型计算机控制下,操作也简单易行。
