光纤光栅应变传感器的温度补偿

摘    要:为建立经过钢套筒封装后的光纤光栅应变传感器的温度补偿方法,从封装传感器的微观结构出发,利用光栅与封装套筒在界面上力学作用机理推导出封装传感器的波长变化与环境温度、应变变化值之间的关系式.给出了应变传感器进行应变测量时的温度补偿公式与工程实施方案.室内的标准实验证明:对于封装的应变传感器进行应变测量时,采用建立的温度补偿公式与实施方案能够正确剔除温度影响,得到真实的应变值,如果采用传统的裸光栅温度补偿方法在温度变化幅度较大情况下将导致严重的系统测量误差.

Abstract:In order to elicit the temperature compensation method of the fiber Bragg grating strain sensor encapsulated in steel sleeve,based on the microstructure of the encapsulated sensor,the correlation equation between wavelength change of the sensor,environmental temperature and strain change is educed by using the interfacial mechanical mechanism between Bragg grating and guide sleeve.The formula of temperature compensation and the project of construction during strain measuring are presented.Standard indoor experiment testifies that with this encapsulated strain sensor the real strain value can be acquired by using the presented formula of temperature compensation and project of construction,and it can eliminate the effect of temperature during strain measuring.In contrast,serious measure error of system will be induced by using traditional temperature compensation method of nude Bragg grating when the amplitude of temperature changes greatly.
