摘    要:合成一种新型两亲性壳聚糖衍生物-脱氧胆酸羟丙基壳聚糖(DCA-HPCHS)。通过荧光光谱研究不同脱氧胆酸取代度的壳聚糖衍生物在溶液中形成聚集体的情况;利用DCA-HPCHS聚集体对5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)进行增溶,研究其对5-FU的缓释性质。结果表明:DCA-HPCHS可以在溶液中发生疏水缔合形成内核疏水的聚集体;DCA-HPCHS对5-FU具有良好的增溶和缓释效果。

Abstract:A new type of amphiphilic chitosan derivative,deoxycholic acid-hydroxypropylchitosan(DCA-HPCHS),has been synthesized through chitosan modification by deoxycholic acid.Aggregate property of chitosan derivatives in aqueous media was studied by fluorescence measurement,and the sustained release property of DCA-HPCHS micelle was evaluated through dissolving 5-FU in it.Experimental results show that DCA-HPCHS can associate with hydrophobic chains to form aggregates in the solution,and DCA-HPCHS self-aggregates possess excellent solubilization and sustained release function for 5-FU.
