水平弯管内气固两相流的试验研究与数值模拟

摘    要:在低压浓相气力输送试验系统中,采用石膏粉为输送物料,进行水平弯管气力输送试验,并采用ANSYS软件对水平弯管气力输送进行数值模拟。通过试验,得出弯管的压力降随弯曲角度的增大而增大、随曲率半径的增大而减小的变化规律,并拟合出压力降与各输送特性参数之间的理论关联式;模拟结果显示,随着弯曲角度的增大,弯管内侧与外侧的压强之比愈来愈大;固相与气相的分布梯度更加明显,固相偏向外侧,气相偏向内侧,呈现更加复杂的紊流。

Abstract:Experiments of low-pressure dense-phase pneumatic conveying using gypsum powders as transporting material were carried out in a horizontal elbow pipe,and numerical simulation about the horizontal elbow pipe was implemented by ANSYS software.Experimental results show that the pressure drop increases with the angle of the horizontal elbow pipe increasing,and decreases with the radius of curvature increasing.A theoretical relationship is obatined between pressure drop and parameters.Simulation results show that,with the increase of the bending angle,the ratio of pressure inside and outside increases;the solid-phase and gas-phase concentration gradient becomes more and more apparent,with the solid phase moving to the outerside and the gas phase to the inside so that forms a more complex disordered flow.
