维药神香草对哮喘大鼠血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子和可溶性P选择素的影响

摘    要:通过检测维吾尔药神香草对哮喘大鼠血清嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-2(Eotaxin-2)、嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子-3(Eotaxin-3)和可溶性P选择素(sP-selectin)的影响,探讨神香草治疗哮喘的作用机制。采用的方法是,将大鼠随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、地塞米松治疗组、神香草高剂量治疗组和低剂量治疗组。采用卵清白蛋白(OVA)、氢氧化铝及百白破疫苗联合致敏和OVA生理盐水雾化激发的方法制备哮喘模型。计数各组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的个数;采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清Eotaxin-2、Eotaxin-3和sP-selectin的水平。结果显示,与模型组相比,各治疗组大鼠BALF中EOS的个数明显减少,血清Eotaxin-2的水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与神香草低剂量治疗组相比,高剂量治疗组大鼠BALF中EOS的个数明显减少,血清Eotaxin-2的水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组大鼠BALF中EOS的数量与血清Eotaxin-2水平密切相关(r=0.829),与血清Eotaxin-3和sP-selectin水平...

Abstract:The Uygur medicine Hyssopus officinalis L. on serum Eotaxin-2,Eotaxin-3 and sP-selectin levels of asthma rats is studied for the mechanism of its treatment of asthma. The test rats were randomly divided into normal control group,asthma model group and dexamethasone group and Hyssopus officinalis L. high and low dose group.
