水运业效率DEA评价研究

选取水运总投资、新增年吞吐能力、营业成本、年末固定资产总额等4个指标作为输入指标．营业收入、利润总额和货运量等3个指标作为输出指标，建立DEA评价模型，评价我国水运业运行效率，对非DEA有效的决策单元进行投影改进．给出不同输入、输出指标组合方案的DEA评价结果，评价结果能反映我国水运业的发展情况，对提高我国水运业运行效率具有一定的指导意义．

DEA method-based evaluation of efficiency of water transportation industry

A data envelopment analysis(DEA) method-based evaluation model was established with the total investment in water transportation industry, the newly increased annual transaction capacity, the operating cost, and the total amount of year-end fixed assets taken as input indexes and the operation income, the total amount of profit, and the volume of freight transported as output indexes. The model was applied to evaluation of the efficiency of water transportation industry of China, and the inefficient decision making units were modified. Finally, some evaluation results were given for different combinations of input and output indexes, which can reflect the current situation of water transportation development in China and are of certain significance to the improvement of its efficiency.
