摘    要:本文研究了触媒对合成金刚石的组织及性能的影响。结果表明:触媒晶粒细小均匀,夹杂物较多时,有利于金刚石的形核,获得的细小金刚石较多,单次产量较高,但完整晶形所占比例较少,单颗粒抗压强度较低。而当触媒晶粒较粗大,为变形晶粒,夹杂物数量较少时,则得到与上述相反的结果。

Abstract:The effect of catalyst on texture and property of synthetic diamond is discussed in this paper. The results show that smaller and evener catalyst grains and more inclusions in the catalyst are advan tageous to formation of the crystal-nucleus of diamond, therefore, more small grains of the diamond are got, and yield of per unit is more, but the proportion of in tegrated crystal shape of the grains is less and single grain compressive strength is lower. Conversely, bigger and deformed grains of the catalyst and less inclusions in the catalyst are not advantageous to formation of the crystal-nucleus of the diamond, therefore, yield of per unit is less, but more big grains of the diamond are got, the proportion of integrated crystal shape of the grains is more and single grain compressive strength is higher.
