基于SOM网络的中原城市群可持续发展水平研究

为准确客观地评价中原城市群可持续发展水平,根据中原城市群自身结构特点建立了可持续发展水平综合指标体系,使用SOM神经网络对2000年和2005年数据进行分析.结果表明,中原城市群整体可持续发展水平较低,各城市可持续发展水平参差不齐.郑州、洛阳等规模较大城市的可持续发展水平较高,而济源等中小城市处于较低位置.中原城市群可持续发展水平的等级结构从2000年到2005年变化不大,开封、漯河和济源3个城市的可持续发展水平始终处于较低位置.中小城市应根据自身薄弱点进行调整,同时实现亚城市群和不同地域系统之间的资源合理配置,充分发挥"郑州—洛阳"双核牵引作用,进而带动河南省可持续发展水平的全面提升.

Study on Sustainable Development Level of the Central Plain City Cluster Based on SOM Neural Network

In order to evaluate the level of sustainable development of central plain city cluster accurately and objectively,established a comprehensive index system of the level of sustainable development according to the structural characteristics of central plain city cluster,analyzed the data of 2000 and 2005 by SOM network.The results show that the whole level of sustainable development was low,and the level of every city was unevenness.The level of Zhengzhou and Luoyang were higher,but the level of small and medium-sized cities like Jiyuan was lower.The grade structure of the sustainable development of central plain city cluster didn’t change much during 2000 to 2005.Kaifeng,Luohe and Jiyuan were in the lower position.Small and medium-sized cities should adjust according to the weak spot about itself,and realize rational collocation of resources between different systems of region,exert the function of the traction of double-cores"Zhengzhou-Luoyang",consequently,promote the level of the sustainable development of Henan province roundly.
