摘    要:创建了一套具有力感觉的面向支撑喉镜声带手术的虚拟仿真系统,模拟了实际手术中的狭长操作环境,建立了声带、喉镜和手术工具的几何模型。在进一步构建声带物理模型和计算模型的基础上,仿真了声带在虚拟手术工具作用下的粘弹性变形过程,并通过碰撞检测模块的建立,实现了虚拟工具之间"体与体"的碰撞检测。

Abstract:A virtual simulation system with haptic display for laryngoscopic vocal cords surgery was developed. This system simulated the narrow and long operation environment in real surgery and constructs geometric models of vocal cords, laryngoscope and surgical instruments. On the basis of constructing physical and computational models of vocal cords further, viscoelastic deformation of vocal cords under forces of virtual instruments was simulated. In addition, with development of collision detection module, collision detection among bodies of virtual surgical instruments was realized successfully.
