| 摘 要： | 政府技术创新政策对于一国的技术创新能力和经济发展的具有重要的作用。比较分析了美国、英国、法国、德国政府的技术创新政策的宏观导向及其作用领域、决策的目标和支持措施，这对我国制定技术创新政策具有一定的借鉴作用。
