摘    要:已证实乳腺癌细胞表达有VEGF165的第3个受体NRP1,但目前在乳腺癌细胞中过表达VEGF165对肿瘤周围血管生成模式的影响尚未有人研究.通过脂质体转染的方法得到稳定转染过表达VEGF165的细胞克隆,皮内接种研究其对周围皮肤生血管模式的影响.结果显示VEGF165在乳腺癌中过表达可使肿瘤周围皮肤产生树状血管生成模式,且会诱导不成熟的血管生成并致出血.稳定过表达VEGF165的乳腺癌克隆的建立,为进一步研究过表达VEGF165对乳腺癌的影响奠定了基础.

Abstract:It has been confirmed that breast cancer expresses one of the VEGF receptors,NRP1,but there are still no reports about the effects of overexpressing VEGF165 on the breast cancer and the vascular formation patterning around tumor.Several clones of EMT6 cells stably overexpressing VEGF165 are established by lioposome transfection.Overexpressing VEGF165 tumor-induced angiogenesis is observed with an intradermal tumor model in mice.The results show that the overexpressing VEGF165 in EMT6 induces a tree-like vascular patterning and could promote the survival of the breast cancer cell.The establishments of murine breast cancer EMT6 clones stably overexpressing VEGF165 have laid the foundation for further research overexpressing VEGF165 influnces on breast cancer.
