云南省高师院校毕业生就业心理状况调查与分析

摘    要:为深入了解学生情况,帮助学生更好更快地适应社会,对云南省多所高师院校的2098名大四学生就业心理状况进行调查。反映出云南高师院校的毕业生对从事教师职业的问题的态度存在显性差异。多数对自己从事教师职业有较大的认同感,对教师角色认知程度较高,但压力感较强,对未来存有迷惘感。科学生感受到的压力大于理科学生,对从事教师职业缺乏信心,心理矛盾也较多。本科学生与专科学生的差异并不明显。

Abstract:In order to deep understand the situation of these students,to help them adapt to the society as quickly as possible,the author made an investigation on the psychological situation of 2098 students from several normal schools in Yunnan.According to the investigation,these students'attitudes towards etaching profession have noticeable differences.The most students have sense of agreements on being engaged in teaching profession,and feel uncertain about future.Liberal arts students experience more pressure and more psychological contradictions than science students,and they lack confidence in being a teacher.The differences between undergraduate students and training school students are unnoticeable.
